Burcu Ağırbaş, M.D. Emergency Service She completed her general practitioner training at Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital, working in both the pediatric and adult emergency departments. During this period, she was also assigned for approximately 1.5 months to Sancaktepe Şehit Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Training and Research Hospital. She completed her residency training at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Training and Research Hospital and graduated as an Emergency Medicine Specialist with her thesis titled “Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Alvarado Score in Acute Appendicitis in Pregnant Patients.” She received WINFOCUS Certification by participating in the 8th Eurasian Emergency Medicine, 18th Turkish Emergency Medicine, and 17th WINFOCUS World Congress held in 2022. She was appointed to Elbistan State Hospital as part of the compulsory government service requirement. Clinical Interests: Neurological emergencies, Critical care, Resuscitation.
