  • He received the Trakya University “Outstanding Young Faculty Member of Award”, “Certification of Thanks” (almost every year) and also the university’s most prestigious award: "Science Award".
  • Turkish Underwater Research Association’s “Researcher of the Year Award".
  • Awarded by the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery Foundation as a “Goodwill Ambassador” from Türkiye and the Balkans.
  • Danish Government scholarship to work at Copenhagen University (2000) and
  • Fulbright Scholarship to do postdoc research at the University of Miami, Miami Ear Institute (2008-2009).

  • Owner of two patents in the field of oto-neurology: “Dual Channel Otoacoustic Emission Device” and “A novel method of frequency coding of an electrode to promote spatial selectivity and speech discrimination in cochlear implants”.

    • Treatment of neck masses in children and adults,
    • Septoplasty and endoscopic sinus surgery,
