Active member of Society of Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes, European Society of Pediatric Endocrinology (ESPE), International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD).

He conducted the Southeast Anatolia Diabetes Program Studies (GAPDİAP), Turkey Diabetes Foundation from 2001 to 2004.
He assumed the leading role in supplying free vitamin D supplement for infants (the program organized by the Ministry of Health) in 2004.
He made studies on poverty and its effects on children.

He attended the Childhood Diabetes Program Studies, Turkish Diabetes Control Program, the Ministry of Health in 2008.

He initiated the Diyarbakır Diabetic Children Camp Organization in 2011.
He assumed the leading role in supplying free vitamin D supplement for pregnant women (the program organized by the Ministry of Health) in 2010.
He played role in the initiation of Podology Program at School of Health Service, Kocaeli University in 2011.
He started the “Nutrition- and Exercise-Friendly Kocaeli Program” in 2012.
He assumed the leading role in the foundation of Obesity, Diabetes Training, Research and Treatment Center, Kocaeli University in 2012.
He conducted studies on Social Responsibility Program at School of Medicine, Kocaeli University in 2011.
He assumed the leading role in creating the Strategic Plan at School of Medicine, Kocaeli University in 2009.

He founded the Diabetic Children's Foundation (DİYAÇEV) in 2014.
He is coordinator for “My Friend Diabetes Family Camp” since 2018.
