Understanding those psychological dynamics may prevent recurrence of the symptoms in similar or other forms in future by ensuring the child and adolescent learn relevant factors about himself/herself. Philosophy of our department is to evaluate potential of the child and adolescent with a holistic approach rather than making a diagnosis. Children and adolescent are interviewed by considering their needs. Approaches are created on how healthy borders are drawn and a free expression area is developed for self-creation.
