Cardiovascular Surgery

He was assigned as deputy head of Cardiovascular Surgery Department, Geneva University in 1998 and head of the department in 2001. He was assigned as Director of Cardiovascular Surgery Center in 2011.
HE was awarded the title of associate professor by Inter-University Council in 1995.
He was awarded the title of professor in 2006 and distinguished professor in 2012 by School of Medicine, Geneva University.
He has published more than 300 articles. He attended to 800 conferences as lecturer.
He has developed 4 surgical techniques, which have been recognized and published in international surgical journals. Additionally, he has a bio-absorbable valve that is recognized by his name and a biological valve that is currently in testing stage in the U.S.
