All private rooms have been designed with patients and their companions in mind.
Each room has a private bathroom and restroom. National and international TV channels are available on the televisions found in our rooms.
Internet access is available all around our hospital, including ward rooms. In case you experience connection problems, you may ask our nurses for support.
A electronic safe, where you can keep your cash or valuable documents/belongings, is found in your wardrobe.
All meals served at our hospital are prepared under supervision of dietitians. Menus tailored for each patient are also arranged and served in accordance with diet programs established by our dietitians. Meals served to companions are free of charge.
We kindly request that patients do not have meals other than the menus set up in accordance with your treatment. Meals for both you and your companion are served to your room at predetermined times, and empty utensils are collected whenever it is convenient for you. Meals are served to your room at the times specified below. If you would like to have your meal at another time, please inform your nurse accordingly.
- Breakfast: 07:30 - 08:30
- Lunch: 13:00 - 14:00
- Dinner: 19:00 - 20:00
Throughout your hospital stay, you are advised to have a companion. Your companion’s meals and accommodation are included in your room charge. Companion beds are set up by housekeepers after dinner time. If you do not have a companion and you have a high risk of falling, please remember to inform your nurse for necessary arrangements.
In order to ensure the comfort of our patients and protect their health, receiving more than one companion or any visitor -unless necessary- in ward rooms has been prohibited since the beginning of the pandemic.
Notice: The measures mentioned above may change depending on seasonal circumstances. You may consult our service desks for information on current practices.
