Prof. Billur Sezgin Kızılok, M.D. Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT She was graduated from Bilkent High School, Ankara with second best student degree in 2000 and from School of Medicine, Ankara University with best student degree in 2006. She passed the exam of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) and received the title of “Fellow of the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS)” She holds the ESMLE certificate that allows for acting in the capacity of a medical practitioner in the United States of America. She studied aesthetic and reconstructive genital surgery under supervision of Dr. Gary Alter in New York, USA in 2017. She studied breast reconstruction and breast surgery at NHS Guys and St. Thomas Hospital in London with the Young Plastic Surgeon Scholarship Award of the European Association of Plastic Surgeons (EURPAS) in 2019. She authored more than 40 articles published in international journals. She was awarded the title “Associate Professor” in 2018.
