Attending physician at the coronary intensive unit in 1997-2001, echocardiography laboratory in 2001-2004 and mainly the catheterization laboratory from 2004 and onwards at İstanbul University’s Cardiology Institute. Attained the title of associate professor of cardiology in 2006; joined the staff of professors at İstanbul University’s Cardiology Institute in 2012. Member to the Turkish Society of Cardiology and EAPCI and ACCA subgroups of European Society of Cardiology; member and secretary general to the İstanbul Interventional Cardiology Academy; Scientific Advisory Board member in the Turkish Society of Cardiology archive. Undertook the leadership of the Women’s Cardiac Health Project Group in 2014-2016. Currently assistant editor of International Journal of Cardiovascular Academy . Has over 100 articles, 51 of which have been published on reputable international journals; delivered over 200 presentations at national and international conventions; authored and edited numerous books on cardiology.
